What is TRE®?
TRE® is a series of simple exercises, similar to yoga, that help activate the body's natural shaking mechanism—also known as neurogenic tremors. These gentle, involuntary movements support the release of stored stress and tension, helping to regulate the nervous system. The practice begins with seven preparatory exercises to stretch and relax tight muscles, allowing your body to safely access its natural shaking response.

Hello! I’m Susan Running, a passionate believer in the power of tapping into our own personal power to heal and grow.

I heard this quote years ago, and it has truly guided my personal and professional life ever since. After 35 fulfilling years as a school counselor, I now follow my passion to help others uncover their "inner everything" through Reiki, yoga, and wellness coaching.
Reiki
What is it?
Reiki (pronounced like RAY-key) is an ancient healing art form defined as universal life force energy: Rei = spirit, soul, sacred, or source and Ki = energy (chi) Reiki stimulates the body’s natural healing process and allows energy to be altered, released, and/or to flow more freely. The practitioner channels this energy to facilitate relaxation; relaxation in the body leads to the healing response. Reiki helps to restore health and well-being physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as those energies are brought into alignment.
Yamuna© works to reorganize the body structure to improve function. Yamuna© can benefit and support the body in many areas including:

Yamuna is beneficial for all adult ages and levels of fitness! This class is for beginners who are new to Yamuna©. The equipment needed for class is provided for you.

Carrie is a Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator by background. As a Registered Nurse, she obtained a work injury that required physical therapy and ongoing management and treatment. Luckily, Carrie was introduced to the practice of Yamuna©, which has been able to support the ongoing management of this injury for nearly a decade, “This practice has benefited me in so many ways and I want to share the benefits of Yamuna© with other individuals in the community.
At Wellspring, you will find yoga classes appropriate for all bodies and levels. Whether you are stepping on the mat for the first time or have a longtime personal practice, we have the class to fit your needs. Can’t afford yoga? Treatment Rooms Available for Rent
Our treatment rooms are ready for practitioners! Flexible lease options begin at $150/month. We welcome massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, naturopaths, talk therapists, midwives and other healers. Rooms are nicely sized, and well insulated; two of them have handwashing sinks.
Rental includes online scheduling and payment platforms, optional furnishings, marketing opportunities, and shared use of laundry facilities, waiting area, ADA bathroom, and break area. You will also enjoy a discounted rate for hourly use of the movement studio, discounted yoga classes, 15% commission on sales of any retail items, and a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
